Undead Siskel

Your awesome tagline

Notes

This is another one of those films that I really flip flopped about whether I enjoyed it or whether it just ended up getting on my nerves.  It shows flashes of real brilliance here and there, especially in the first half.  It starts of very well and you think you can tell where this movie is going only to be thrown waaaay of track with something that actually surprised me.  A 14 year old girl getting the better of a thirty year old man.  And then the movie went like this: ACT 1: “okay I can buy this” … ACT 2: “okay thats a bit far fetched” … ACT 3: “really? a third time? really?”  The movie seems to drag which really ends up taking away from the believability and almost took me out completely.  The strength of this film is the tone.  It is stretched out tight like a rubber band keeping you on the edge the entire time, which is very tough to do with two actors and one setting for two hours.  The script runs in cirlces but there is an interesting mystery to figure out as well.  Do you see my dilemma here?
